We started this business because of our own mother. She's been in a nursing home for years, and getting her to appointments safely and on time, with someone who actually cared, turned out to be harder than it should have been. That's the standard we hold ourselves to for every client.
Ambulatory transport is for clients who can walk on their own or with a little help.
Wheelchair transport is for clients who stay in their chair for the ride. We secure it properly every time.
We handle hospital discharges, dialysis, doctor and specialist visits, physical therapy, adult day health, family events, facility transfers, and long distance medical trips.
What to Expect on a Ride
Before the ride. We confirm the pickup time, the address, and anything else that matters. A preferred door, a caregiver meeting us there, whatever your loved one needs us to know.
At pickup. Our driver comes to the door. We help getting in and out, and we secure the wheelchair before we move.
During the ride. Clean vehicle, and nobody gets rushed.
At the destination. We don't drop and go.
